TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AMONGST CHILDREN BELOW STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A NURSERY KNOWN AS THE BETCHWORTH AND BUCKLAND CHILDRENS NURSERY, PROVIDING SAFE AND SATISFACTORY PLAY FACILITIES FOR SUCH CHILDREN.
