THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WESTCLIFF HOUSING ESTATE AND ADJOINING NEIGHBOURHOODS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OF OTHER OPINIONS BY; THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND (II) THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND (III) THE PROMOTION OF ANY OBJECT OR OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE
