"TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS IN AND AROUND THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY AND IN PARTICULAR MEMBERS OF THE BANGLADESHI COMMUNITY, IN HE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE".
