Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN HEMLINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT"). 2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT ORF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS ANS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
