1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION AND DISSEMINATION OF RESEARCH ON THE SUBJECT OF ORPHANS WITHIN CHINA; 2. TO RELIEVE CHINESE ORPHANED CHILDREN IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF ORPHANAGES IN CHINA.
