TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 13 AND 25 IN THE CITY OF LEEDS AND ITS NEIGHBUORHOOD (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN ACHIEVING THE FULL PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH YOUNG PERSONS
