TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION OF THEREPEUTIC TREATMENT FOR THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ILLNESS KNOWN AS, "POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER", TO INCLUDE COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT AND TO PROMOTE FURTHER RESEARCH INTO IDENTIFYING TEH CAUSES AND TREATMENTS FOR THE DISORDER.
