TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SALHOUSE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF ETHNIC OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION OF A VILLAGE HALL INCLUDING THE USE FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
