TO ENABLE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN RESIDENT IN THE PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCY OF MID-BEDFORDSHIRE TO UNDERTAKE VOLUNTARY WORK AND TO GIVE VOLUNTARY SERVICE IN EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE COMMONWEALTH SO THAT THEY MAY HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF HELP AND AT THE SAME TIME MAY WIDEN THEIR OWN EDUCATIN TO THE MUTUAL ADVANTAGE OF BOTH THE HELPER AND THE HELPED.
