THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN WESTCOTT AND DISTRICT AND SUBJECT THERETO:- A. TO ELIMINATE AND ABOLISH SO FAR AS PRACTICABLE ALL SLUMS IN WESTCOTT AND SURROUNDING DISTRICT. B, TO ERECT, BUILD AND PROVIDE IMPROVED COTTAGES IN WESTCOTT AND DISTRICT AND LET, SUPERVISE, AND REPAIR AND KEEP IN REPAIR THE SAME.
