TO ENSURE THAT ALL VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE SOCIAL AND REHABILITATIVE AMENITIES, BE IT PROVIDED BY THE ASSOCIATION OR THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, AND ALSO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE SAID VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE TO ENSURE THAT STANDARDS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE BOROUGH ARE MAINTAINED OR IMPROVED
