ALMSHOUSES FOR WIDOWS OF SEAMEN. IF ON THE OCCASION OF A VACANCY IN THE HOMES BELONGING TO THE CHARITY THERE IS NO SUITABLE APPLICANT QUALIFIED FOR APPOINTMENT THE TRUSTEES MAY APPOINT A POOR WOMAN OF GOOD CHARACTER TO BE AN OCCUPANT OF THE HOMES.
