1) RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN THE PARISH OF BRINGTON. 2) ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BRINGTON FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
