1. PAYMENT OF A YEARLY SUM OF ú2 OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN, UPOTTERY, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE ABOVE PARISH. 2. TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF UPOTTERY WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
