POORS BRANCH: TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF CHAWLEIGH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
