TO PROVIDE ANNUAL GIFTS, SERVICES, AMENITIES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS OR SICKNESS OF THE AGED OF THE OLD PARK WARD OF THE BOROUGH OF ILKESTON AND FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION HALL TO HELP TO MEET THE SOCIAL NEEDS AND RELIEF OF THE AGED.
