THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE, RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT AND WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND REGULARLY ATTEND DIVINE SERVICE A PREFERENCE IS TO BE GIVEN TO WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS.
