ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO DULY QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AS AGRICULTURAL LABOURERS ON FARMS IN THE PARISH
