RELIEVING IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY PERSONS OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS: A) PERSONS WHO WERE EMPLOYEES OR TENANTS OF, OR RESIDENT ON, THE WARDOUR ESTATE AT TISBURY PRIOR TO THE 25TH SEPTEMBER 1944. B) PERSONS RESIDENT IN TISBURY. C) PERSONS RESIDENT ON THE WARDOUR ESTATE OR IN THE PARISHES OF ANSTY, DONHEAD ST ANDREW, DONHEAD ST MARY AND SEMLEY ALL IN THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE.
