ALMSHOUSES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS WHO, EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS, ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CRANHAM. PREFERENCE TO BE GIVEN TO WIDOWS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID.
