Charitable objects
1. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ASSISTING THE CONVALESCENCE OF POOR CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE URBAN DISTRICT OF COWES. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE SAID INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN THE MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF SICK POOR CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE SAID URBAN DISTRICT. 3. IF AND IN SO FAR AS IMCOME OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBSISTING TRUSTS THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR THE RELIEF OF SICK POOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF MEDINA.
