THE UPKEEP OF THE GRAVE AND TOMBSTONE OF THE TESTATOR) THE BALANCE IS TO BE APPLIED IN KEEPING IN ORDER ASHCOMBE CHURCHYARD. AT THE EXPIRATION OF THE PERPETUITY PERIOD THE WHOLE OF THE INCOME IS TO BE APPLIED IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCHYARD
