Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE A HOME OR HOMES FOR BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS AND TO PROMOTE THEIR WELFARE. BUT INSOFAR AS THERE IS A VACANCY IN THE HOME WHICH COULD NOT BE FILLED BY A LBIND PERSONS, SUCH VACANCIES MAY BE FILLED BY AN ELDERLY PERSON WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE IS IN NEED OF THE ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ASSOCIATION.
