THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND; THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL AND OPEN SPACE AREAS PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
