TO PROVIDE, ASSIST IN PROVINDING, OR SUPPLEMENT (A) NURSING SERVICES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING CHIROPODY AND PHYSIOTHERAPY AND SIMILAR SERVICES), AND (B) AMENITIES, EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND SIMILAR BENEFITS FOR NURSES. TO MAKE GRANTS (A) TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEEDY PERSONS WHO ARE RECEIVING OR IN NEED OF MEDICAL OR NURSING CARE (B) TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEEDY EMPLOYEES OR EX-EMPLOYEES OF THE ASSOCIATION OR THOSE WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN NURSING (C) TO ANY CHARITY CONCERNED MAINLY OR PARTLY WITH NURSING.
