THE CHARITY OWNS A PROPERTY IN PITMINSTER CALLED CHURCH ROW, WHICH CONSISTS OF FIVE TWO-BEDROOMED COTTAGES, BUILT IN 1830 AS ALMSHOUSES FOR THE POOR OF THE VILLAGE. THESE ARE LET AT A VERY REASONABLE RENT. A PROPORTION OF THE INCOME, AFTER EXPENSES, IS DIVIDED BETWEEN THE CHURCH AND THE PARISH CHARITY IN THE PROPORTIONS 2/3 TO 1/3.
