TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE NORTH,SOUTH AND EAST WARDS,AND WEST WARD SOUTH OF LEIGH ROAD AND EAST OF BOURNEMOUTH ROAD.
