(II) A SUM NOT EXCEEDING $10 P.A. MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF DOMESTIC SERVANTS WHOSE PARENTS RESIDE IN DUNSTER. (III) THE BALANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS INHABITANTS.
