(I) AN ANNUAL SUM NOT EXCEEDING $12.10 MAY BE APPLIED TOWARDS ENCOURAGING ARTISANS AND LABOURERS AND DOMESTIC SERVANTS TO PUT PART OF THEIR EARNINGS INTO THE P.O.S.B. (II) A SUM NOT EXCEEDING $10 P.A. MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF DOMESTIC SERVANTS WHOSE PARENTS RESIDE IN DUNSTER. (III) THE BALANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS INHABITANTS.
