Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY OF THE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF EXETER WHICH ARE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY PROVIDING SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS, AND BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL GRANTS TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS IN THE PURCHASE OF SUITABLE ASSISTIVE EQUIPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY.
