THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE FO A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE IHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SOUTH HUISH AND OF INNER HOPE IN THE PARISH OF MALBOROUGH AND THE IMMEDIATE VACINTY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE OF MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
