THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE FIRSTLY TO SUPPORT BY WAY OF GRANTS THE FURTHERANCE OF THE RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE WORK DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH GUILDFORD UNITED REFORMED CHURCH ("THE CHURCH") AS WELL AS SECONDLY TO MAKE GRANTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR ANOTHER DISADVANTAGE WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF GUILDFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL AND ITS IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD ("AREA OF BENEFIT") ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
