TO HELP SOLVE THE DIFFICULTIES THAT BESET FOREIGNERS WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH TO LOOK AFTER SICK, LONELY AND OLD REFUGEES. TO HELP RE-SETTLED REFUGEES. TO MAINTAIN A PANEL OF INTERPRETERS TO ASSIST EMPLOYERS OF FOREIGNERS AND PUBLIC AUTHORITIES WHENEVER LANGUAGE OR OTHER DIFFICULTIES ARISE, TO PROVIDE AN OFFICE WHERE FOREIGNERS CAN FIND ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE.
