THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN THE PROVISION OF FUEL FOR AGED PERSONS RESIDENT AT NEWTOWN IN THE PARISH OF HUNGERFORD WHO ARE N CONDITIONS O OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OR IN MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO REDUCE THE NEED OF SUCH PERSONS.
