Charitable objects

UP TO 20% OF INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; AND THE REMAINING INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS, INCLUDING WIDOWS, RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS
