TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO PEOPLE IN NEED BY REASON OF BEING ELDERLY, POOR OR VULNERABLE DUE TO SICKNESS, WITHIN THE PARISH OF CHALFONT ST PETER. IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WHERE ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED WITH THE PROVISION OF FUNDING AND FOOD.
