RELIEF IN NEED BRANCH-RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF TOWCESTER WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS. 2. ALMSHOUSE BRANCH-FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE BRANCH WHO SHALL BE POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO AREA RESIDENT OF THE PARISH PREFERENCE FOR SUCH PERSONS OVER 60 YEARS.
