Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROVIDE A CARE HOME WITH NURSING OR OTHER ACCOMMODATION AND ANCILLARY CARE AND SERVICES AT ST IVES HOUSE, RINGWOOD, FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO REQUIRE CARE AND ATTENTION ON ACCOUNT OF AGE OR DISABILITY. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS OBJECT THE TRUSTEE MAY APPLY IT IN RELIEVING THE BENEFICIAL CLASS BY THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES.
