Charitable objects
1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN $50 OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS MAY APPROVE FROM TIME TO TIME OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF SHEFFORD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF SHEFFORD; 2) THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SHEFFORD AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
