TO ADMINISTER AND AUGMENT THE TRULL MEMORIAL HALL FUND SO THAT A HALL TO COMMEMORATE VICTORY IN THE WAR 1939/45 MAY BE PROVIDED FOR RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR THE USE OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARISH OF TRULL AND DISTRICT.
