TO BE USED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PLAYING FIELD WHEN A SUITABLE PIECE OF GROUND BECOMES AVAILABLE. IN THE MEANTIME THE INCOME IS TO BE USED ANNUALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE IN GENERAL.
