Charitable objects
(1) THE PROVISION OF FUEL TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AND (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN THE RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
