IF AND IN SO FAR AS ACCOMODATION THE HOME OR HOMES BELONGING TO THE CHARITY CANNOT ALL BE USED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY FOR SHORT PERIODS OF CONVALESCENCE OR HOLIDAY BY PERSONS QUALIFIED FOR ADMISSION THERETO THE TRUSTEES MAY USE THE ACCOMODATION IN THE HOME OR HOMES FOR OCCUPATION BY NOT MORE THAN EIGHT ELDERLY PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WHO AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION RESIDE IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF HALIFAX.
