Charitable objects
TO AFFORD RELIEF, EITHER FINANCIAL AND/OR PASTORAL, TO RESPECTABLE PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE BY FORCE OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEEN REDUCED TO COMPARATIVE POVERTY, AND HAVE BECOME BY REASON OF INFIRMITY OR AGE INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING FOR THEMSELVES. THE RELIEF GRANTED BY THE CHARITY SHALL BE GRANTED TO SUCH APPLICANTS AS MAY BE SELECTED IN ANY MANNER AUTHORISED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE INSTITUTION.
