(II) TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER ANY OBJECTS WHICH MAY BE FOR THE COMMON GOOD OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE SOUTH WEST DIVISION OF THE COUNTY OF DEVON FOR THE TIME BEING.
