PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF STEEPLE BARTON AND WESTCOT BARTON WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS. THE INCUMBENT OF UNITED BENEFICES OF ST. EDWARD THE CONFESSOR, WESTCOT BARTON WITH ST. MARY, STEEPLE BARTON SHALL BE PERMITTED TO USE SAME FREE FOR ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSES IN CONNEXION WITH CHURCH OF ENGLAND ON SUNDAYS AND SPECIFED DAYS. (CLAUSE 4 OF SCHEME REFERS).
