Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE RELIEF OF NEED OF PERSONS, INCLUDING RESIDENTS, LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, OR PERSONS WHO CAN ESTABLISH A PERSONAL CONNECTION WITH THE SAID AREA, THROUGH:
(A) THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES; AND
(B) THE MAKING OF GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES, CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
