Charitable objects

THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT WILL TAKE EFFECT WITH: (1) CLAUSE 30 REPLACED BY THE FOLLOWING: 30. QUALIFICATION OF ALMSPEOPLE.¨ (1) THE ALMSPEOPLE SHALL BE PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (2) WHEN CONSIDERING APPLICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT, THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE PREFERENCE, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY, TO: (A) WOMEN; (B) PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED IN THE PARISH OF NORTHILL; OR (C) DESCENDENTS OF SARAH JANE WAGSTAFFE.
