RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIBUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FULBOURN WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. IF IN ANY YEAR THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN THE MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH.
