1. TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE AN ANNUAL SHOW 2. TO IMPROVE AND PROVIDE AMENITIES AT THE SHOW GROUND AT WHICH SUCH SHOW IS HELD 3. TO BUILD UP A FUND OF MONEY TO EXTEND THE SCOPE OF THE SHOW 4. TO ENCOURAGE LOCAL INTEREST IN THE ANNUAL SHOW AND TO STIMULATE FRIENDLY COMPETITION IN HORTICULTURE, FLOWERS, BEE-KEEPING, POULTRY AND OTHER LIVESTOCK
