TO APPLY A YEARLY SUM OF ú15 IN ASSISTING PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHO ARE PREPARING FOR ENTERING UPON OR WHO ARE ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION, TRADE, OCCUPATION OR SERVICE. 2. TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 3. FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
